GENERATOR
Computer Sites, Inc. offers a complete package of service on any make or model of generator. All services from warranty coverage to preventative maintenance calls are conducted by certified field engineers. Factory extended warranties (purchased with the unit) covers all parts and labor, (excluding consumable items) for the term of the contract. Preventative maintenance visits, which include minor and major services, can be scheduled to fit your needs. Also offered is load bank testing which is done based on field analysis or by request, regulatory or other requirement or recommendation.

UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS)
Computer Sites, Inc. offers full remedial coverage of any brand of UPS. All parts (excluding batteries) and labor are covered during the scheduled preventative maintenance visit and any emergency call. This coverage, combined with an optional battery failure plan, is the most comprehensive package available. All plans can be custom quoted to meet each individual customers needs.

BATTERY SYSTEMS
Computer Sites, Inc. offers a variety of solutions including full battery matrix testing and coverage. The optional battery failure plan includes complete battery replacement if warranted. A complete custom maintenance package can be provided to fit your budget.

POWER DISTRIBUTION UNITS (PDU)
Computer Sites, Inc. offers a full remedial coverage of a PDU along with preventative maintenance coverage. The remedial coverage covers all parts and labor 24 x 7. Preventative maintenance coverage includes an annual heat scan of the unit along with current flow analysis. Custom coverage plans can be provided.

RAISED ACCESS FLOORING
Computer Sites, Inc. offers periodic maintenance of raised floor in computer rooms to reduce the risk of equipment and/or environmental hazards. Maintaining your floor not only increases the life span of the floor but it also improves your corporate image. We offer exterior hardware cleaning, surface cleaning along with sub-floor cleaning. An initial consultation is provided free of charge so we may customize a program to fit your needs.
